Service Scope

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and revisions are defined in the quotation or proposal. Work beyond approved scope may require timeline and cost adjustments.

Payments

Payment terms are specified in your proposal or invoice. Delayed payments may delay delivery or support schedules. Any third-party platform, plugin, hosting, or software fees are generally the client's responsibility unless explicitly included.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide required content, access credentials, legal usage rights for supplied assets, and timely feedback. Delays in these items can affect timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, rights to final approved deliverables are transferred to the client, excluding third-party licensed assets, frameworks, and tools that remain under their own licenses.

Support and Warranty

Post-delivery support is provided according to the agreed package or support plan. We fix implementation issues within agreed scope; new features or third-party changes are handled as separate work.

Limitation of Liability

We provide services using reasonable professional standards. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform outages, policy changes, or client-side misuse of delivered systems.

Governing Law and International Engagement

These terms are generally governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh unless a separate contract states otherwise. For international clients, cross-border compliance and dispute terms may be customized by written agreement.
